Eternal Residency started with a single apartment near Roma Termini and has grown into a small, carefully kept collection of apartments and private rooms across two of Rome's most walkable neighborhoods: around Termini station, and near Re di Roma metro in San Giovanni.

Every property is self-managed. Guests are met with self check-in, fast replies, and the same attention to detail whether they've booked a single room or the whole apartment for a group of eight.
