Getting around
All apartments are within a few minutes' walk of a metro or the main Roma Termini station. A 72-hour Roma Pass covers most public transport plus one or two museums.
Check-in
Self check-in from 3:00 PM. Your access code arrives by email 48 hours before arrival — no need to arrange a meeting time.
Tourist tax
Rome's city tax (€6/person/night, included in your total) supports local services. You won't be asked to pay it again on arrival.
Quiet hours
Most buildings are residential — please keep noise down after 10:00 PM, especially in shared-kitchen apartments.
Where we'd send you for dinner
One recommendation, because it's the one we actually mean. Mention Eternal Residency for a 20% discount on the bill.
The catch comes in daily and it shows: raw crudo, a spaghetti alle vongole worth planning a night around, whole fish grilled simply and well. It's the kind of place we send friends, not just guests — book ahead on a weekend, and go hungry.
