A bright two-bedroom apartment three minutes' walk from Re di Roma metro station, built for families or small groups who want a real home base rather than a hotel room. Two bedrooms hold king-size Magniflex beds, and a king sofa bed in the sunlit living area brings total capacity to six — handy for a group split between couples and solo travellers. The kitchen is fully equipped for anything from a quick espresso to a full home-cooked dinner, and a dedicated workspace makes this a comfortable base for anyone squeezing in a few hours of work between sightseeing. San Giovanni is one of Rome's most authentically local neighbourhoods: a short ride from the Colosseum and the historic centre, but far enough out that you'll be eating where Romans eat, not where tour groups are steered. Air conditioning, a bathtub, and an in-room safe are included, along with the same self-managed, fast-response hosting as every Eternal Residency stay.

Great host. Great amenities. Great location as metro is just 5 mins walk away. Old Roman style lift but atleast it has one.

The apartment is in a great place near the metro st. And grocery stores. It was very clean, spacious, quiet and it had everything and more than we needed. I liked the free coffee capsules, plenty and tasted great. The beds were comfortable and big, and there was also a living room with 2 sofas. Spacious bath, lots of towels and water in the fridge. The instructions for the entrance were easy and clear. I'd sure book it again in the future!

The apartment is big, one living room and separate bedrooms (2), is fully equipped, very close to metro station, safe area, everything was perfect. The host provided waters & coffee. Communication was smooth and the host is serious and reliable — we will definitely return!

Fantastic location just a few steps away from the Metro station and supermarket. This area is just on the rim of the tourist area and as such you could find more authentic restaurants with local prices. Apartment was very clean and spacious, everything we needed as a family of 4. Host was very responsive to messages and the check-in process was all very straightforward. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Rome.

The apartment is nicely maintained and has all the facilities. The bedrooms were quite spacious and nicely decorated, towels were kept on check-in. There were plenty of water bottles to use for free. Felt like staying at home. Thanks Mr Siam!

Excellent! I am glad that I found such a wonderful apartment. The location is perfect close to the metro, communication with the owner was great and the staff was waiting for us on the spot exactly to the minute. The apartment was modern, clean and there were even towels and shower gel available. Highly recommended!
