About this stay
A private ensuite room inside a bright, recently renovated apartment two minutes from Re di Roma metro station — the first of three near-identical rooms in the same apartment, each with its own locking door for complete privacy. The room is dressed with a Magniflex memory-foam bed, blackout curtains, a wall-mounted Smart TV, air conditioning, and an in-room safe for valuables. The ensuite bathroom is yours alone — no sharing with other guests. What is shared is the apartment's kitchen, kept stocked with the basics and available to the other Eternal Residency guests staying in the same unit at the same time, so you can make coffee or a light meal without leaving the building. San Giovanni is a genuinely local corner of Rome: quiet in the evenings, well connected by metro to the centre and Termini, and close to bakeries, small trattorias, and a produce market that rarely sees a tourist. A well-priced base for solo travellers or couples who want a private room and bathroom without paying for a full apartment.

Lovely host and a great place to stay. Within 30 mins walking distance of the Colosseum- great for walkers! Easy to access Metro station near by for rainy days as well. Highly recommend this place for young couples :) thanks Siam!

It's a great place for staying! The location is awesome - not touristic, but at the same time close to Colosseum and city center. Siam was a pleasure to communicate with. He is super responsive, friendly and tries to do his best to make your experience top-notch. Definitely recommend!

The host is great and very easy to reach. We had a small problem, which was taken care of as quickly as possible. The accommodation is also recommended. The Colosseum was just a 25-minute walk away, but there's also a metro station close by.

The accommodation was very clean and equipped with everything you need, we appreciated the modern furniture and attention to detail, in addition to the proximity to the various points of interest and the metro A stop of San Giovanni.
