A private ensuite room inside the same bright, recently renovated apartment on Via Taranto, two minutes from Re di Roma metro station — one of three near-identical rooms, each with its own locking door. The room has a Magniflex memory-foam bed, blackout curtains, a wall-mounted Smart TV, air conditioning, and an in-room safe, with an ensuite bathroom that's entirely private to you. The apartment's kitchen is shared with the other Eternal Residency guests staying in the same unit — well stocked for coffee, breakfast, or a simple meal, so you're never far from a kettle. San Giovanni is one of Rome's more genuinely local neighbourhoods, with quick metro access to the historic centre and Termini, and a run of bakeries and small trattorias nearby that see far more residents than tourists. A straightforward, well-priced base for solo travellers or couples.

Thank you Siam, super easy check-in after our flight was delayed. The large window view in the morning was so lovely and felt like a big welcome to Rome. Nice area with good espresso bars. Clean and modern bathroom. Clean and modern bedroom. Perfect balance between convenience of a hotel and the best character of AirBnB. I loved the quirky elevator and the courtyard you walk through to access it.

I highly recommend! Place was very clean bed are so comfy and really nice, very clear description of check-in, nice neighborhood, few minutes away was a metro station and bus stop. Shop is very close and also few restaurants. Siam is a great host!

When we arrived, the air conditioning wasn't working, and in this heat it was really awful. The next day, the host at least arranged a fan for us, and everything was better. Otherwise, I can only recommend it. Everything was clean and there was a great shared kitchen with a fridge that was constantly being refilled with water.

Siam was a very good host; communication with him was excellent. The room was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The location is excellent; it took us about 30 minutes to walk to the city centre. We'll definitely be back!
