About this stay
A private ensuite room inside a shared apartment two minutes' walk from Roma Termini — Rome's main train and metro hub, putting the airport, the historic centre, and day trips to Florence or Naples all within easy reach. The first of four near-identical rooms in the apartment, it has its own locking door, a Magniflex memory-foam bed, a wall-mounted Smart TV, air conditioning, and an in-room safe, with a private ensuite bathroom that's yours alone. The kitchen is shared with the other Eternal Residency guests staying in the same apartment — well-equipped for coffee, breakfast, or a simple meal — while exterior security cameras cover the building's entrance for extra peace of mind. Esquilino, the neighbourhood around Termini, has shed its old reputation and is now full of solid, unpretentious places to eat, plus easy access to Santa Maria Maggiore and the rest of central Rome on foot.

Great location, super comfortable beds and pillows, and great A/C! Cold bottles of water in the fridge were also a nice touch and much appreciated! Would stay again and recommend!

One of the cleanest most pristine airbnbs we stayed in during our time in Italy, felt hotel standard with an amazing aircon working overtime in 36 degree heat. Host was very responsive and flexible with us for check in too!

It was a good stay during our 3 days 2 nights staying at Siam's place. The airbnb is super close to Termini station and he even offers the guests with free bottles of water at the fridge. Siam is very responsive. I highly recommend his airbnb to everyone. :)
