About this stay
A private ensuite room inside the same Termini-area apartment, two minutes' walk from Roma Termini station — the second of four near-identical rooms, each with its own locking door. Expect a Magniflex memory-foam bed, a wall-mounted Smart TV, air conditioning, and an in-room safe, plus a fully private ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is shared with whichever other Eternal Residency guests are staying in the apartment at the same time, and exterior security cameras cover the building's entrance. Termini puts the airport, the metro network, and intercity trains within a few minutes' walk, while the surrounding Esquilino streets offer genuinely good, unpretentious places to eat that don't rely on tourist footfall.

Perfect place if you're needing to stay close to Roma Termini. Great room, great bathroom and amazing amenities. The check in process is fully automated so even if you're arriving late at night it works beautifully.

This is perfect. Right next to the train station. It felt very central, not far walking distance from the Colosseum and other historical landmarks. When I come back to Rome, I'll definitely be staying here.
