About this stay
A private ensuite room inside the Termini-area apartment, two minutes' walk from Roma Termini station — the third of four near-identical rooms, each with a locking door and a completely private bathroom. The room has a Magniflex memory-foam bed, a wall-mounted Smart TV, air conditioning, and an in-room safe for valuables. The apartment's kitchen is shared with the other Eternal Residency guests staying there at the same time, and the building's entrance is covered by exterior security cameras. Being steps from Termini means fast access to the metro, mainline trains, and airport transfers, while Esquilino's everyday bakeries and trattorias are a better bet for dinner than anything closer to the main tourist sites.

Very close location to termini station which was great for us. Host even let us check in earlier which helped us a lot. Easy check in, nice clean room with bathroom in the room and AC. Nothing but good comments on this place. Grazie mille!

Great stay that's super convenient. Definitely book if you'll be in and out of Rome via train. Not far from the historic center, just 20 minutes by bus, which stops less than a block away. Spotless and clean.

House is easy to find. Bed is comfortable & heater and air conditioner is all working well. Shower was good too with shampoo and shower gel provided! The hair dryer is also good. Overall, good stay!
