A private ensuite room inside the Termini-area apartment, two minutes' walk from Roma Termini station — the fourth of four near-identical rooms, each with its own locking door and fully private bathroom. Expect a Magniflex memory-foam bed, a wall-mounted Smart TV, air conditioning, and an in-room safe. The kitchen is shared with the other Eternal Residency guests staying in the apartment, and exterior security cameras cover the building entrance for added peace of mind. With Termini this close, you're minutes from the metro, mainline trains to Florence or Naples, and airport transfers, while Esquilino's everyday restaurants and markets are a short walk away — better value and better food than the streets immediately around the main sights.

Even though I only stayed one day in Rome, staying in Siam's apartment was super comfortable! I loved the bed and modern style bathroom. Only 30 seconds away from luggage service and 5 minutes walk from Rome Termini Station. Thank you Siam and I will totally recommend to people who are going to Rome.

Really practical check in. Property was incredibly comfy and had great convenience in proximity to Roma Termini station. I stayed for one night before getting the train and it was perfect for my needs.

Had to find a one-night hotel before my morning flight out of Rome, but still wanted to enjoy the city. This was a great location, less than 10 minute walk from Roma Termini. Siam was very responsive and helpful. 5 stars all around.
