Siam was consistently responsive and the place was perfect for 7 women on a school trip. The 4 rooms AND 4 bathrooms so helpful indeed!! The proximity to train station extremely beneficial! We enjoyed the stay and I highly recommend this spot for a small group in Rome!

We chose this property for proximity to the train station, which isn't the nicest neighborhood. However, the inside was very quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable and the full bathroom attached to each of 4 bedrooms was outstanding. The water pressure was excellent and we never ran out of hot water. The WiFi and AC worked perfectly. The comfortable and safe accommodations helped make our time in Rome really enjoyable. Thank you Siam!

This place is great! the individual bathrooms in each room makes it perfect. We were 8 people that went for the Rome marathon and had a great stay. Super clean, Siam was very responsive, we even had the fridge full of bottled water! Highly recommend the place

This was a beautiful Airbnb for my family and I on our trip to Italy this summer. Each bedroom comes with their own bathroom, and it's super close to the Roma termini station. Perfect for big groups on vacation while still providing privacy for each couple! Siam was responsive and a great host. Would definitely stay here again!!

I can not say enough about what a great experience we had staying here. We were a party of 7 and this space fit us perfectly. The best part was every room had its own bathroom which felt luxurious after long hot days exploring Rome. Place was very clean. Requests for early check in was not possible, but they let us leave the luggage anyway. A bit far from center, but remarkably close to the train station termini. Strong recommend if you want an easy way to get in/out of the city
